Cancellation Policy
There is no refund on cancellation of confirmed bookings.
All reservation payments made towards room bookings, packages, or special offers are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Booking Postponement
Booking postponement and change in dates for reservation are not allowed.
Date Change Conditions
Rate Differences
In the event of a date change, any difference in room rates, seasonal pricing, taxes, or applicable charges may be payable by the guest at the time of confirmation of the revised booking.
No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior written communication to the resort will be treated as a no-show.
No refund or credit will be applicable for no-show reservations.
Reservation Confirmation
All booking modification requests must be received and acknowledged by the resort management via email. Date changes will be considered confirmed only after written confirmation has been issued by Saanaira Resort & Spa.
Management Rights
Saanaira Resort & Spa reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. The management’s decision regarding cancellations, postponements, and reservation modifications shall be final.
Acceptance of Policy
By confirming a reservation with Saanaira Resort & Spa, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
