Welcome to Saanaira Resort & Spa. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a reservation or staying at the resort. These guidelines are intended to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests. By confirming a reservation and checking into the resort, guests agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Check In/Out
Hotel Check-in Time is 2 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.
Primary Guest should be atleast 18 years of age.
Groups with only male guests are also allowed at the property.
Guests are requested to adhere to the designated check-in and check-out timings to ensure smooth operations and guest convenience.
ID Proof Requirements
Passport, Aadhaar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s).
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at Saanaira Resort & Spa. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
The resort reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid identification documents are not presented at the time of arrival.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by Saanaira Resort & Spa.
The standard check-in time is 2 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM.
After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.
The resort will make every effort to accommodate special requests; however, such requests cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to room availability.
Room Tariff & Additional Charges
The room tariff includes all taxes.
The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out from the Resort.
Any additional services availed during the stay will be added to the guest’s final bill and must be settled before departure.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respect other guests, resort staff, and resort property at all times.
Any damage caused to resort property, furnishings, fixtures, or equipment due to negligence or misconduct may result in additional charges.
The resort reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of misconduct, disturbance, or violation of resort policies.
Reservation & Stay
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Saanaira Resort & Spa.
Guests are advised to verify their booking details upon receiving the reservation confirmation.
Special requests made during booking are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Swimming Pool Policy
Swimming Pool Access: The swimming pool is exclusively for resort guests and may be used only during the designated operating hours.
Dress Code: Only appropriate swimming costumes are permitted inside the swimming pool. Regular clothing is not allowed.
Management Rights
Saanaira Resort & Spa reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission or discontinue accommodation if guests fail to comply with resort policies, local regulations, or applicable laws.
Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation and staying at Saanaira Resort & Spa, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
Failure to comply with the above policies may result in refusal of service or additional charges, as determined by the management
